All of the Preschool’s spaces are designed to create an environmentally enriched atmosphere that encourages safe exploration, allowing children to discover, make friends, and learn. It is within this kind of environment that educators seek to create a sense of community.  Our Preschool program is aligned with the developmental milestones of its children, recognizing the uniqueness of each child and striving to meet his or her individual needs.  The primary goal of the Preschool is to construct an environment in which each child can grow spiritually, socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically.   As a result of his or her first learning experience, he/she can begin to develop a sense of amazement and enjoyment for learning, a positive attitude toward school, and a desire to be a life long learner.

Dobson Christian Preschool and Childcare (DCPCC), a Quality Rating & Improvement Systems (QRIS) Tier 5 Demonstration Site, was established in July of 2001.  The Preschool was formed to provide an early childhood education program of premier quality, instituted on a firm commitment to God and a commitment to the highest professional standards.  DCPCC maintains its Christ centered mission and Inquiry Based Curriculum approach in its service to children and families throughout Riverside County. Admission to our facility is open to all children without regard to race, creed, sex, disability, or national origin.
